This test enables you to diagnose and treat eye movement disorders and visual impairment. This assessment is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of children with Strabisum (Squint) and Amblyopia (Lazy Eyes).
Squints occur when an eye turns and stops working with the other eye. The eye may turn towards the nose or turn outwards. In many cases the squint is caused by Long-sightedness, and the child will need glasses. Amblyopia means Lazy Eyes; this can be uni-lateral or by-lateral due to different reasons like Squints, refractive errors, cloudy media and etc. If Amblyopia presents, it can be treated using patches and the best result is easy to achieve if treatment is started at an early age.
